As Director of Operations, Tina is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s portfolio and its staff. Today the portfolio primarily consists of multifamily residential units in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Delaware. In addition, Tina leads all aspects of our construction division from residential renovations to multi-million dollar commercial tenant build outs and is currently working with the development team on new local projects.

When Tina joined the company in 1991, as a young Property Manager she brought her experience in development together with her direct involvement of the construction, sales and leasing for projects such as Garrison Square , Maple Park Condominiums, Mill River Village to name a few. Combined with her degree in Interior Design and continued education in Facilities Management she brought commitment to her position.

Through Tina’s years of dedication and work ethic she has grown with the company through three generations. Her leadership qualities, operational efficiencies, impeccable benchmark for customer service, and her ever-growing vision for the company, have been key in leading PPMG and her team down the path of growth and success.

As Leasing Manager, Monica is the first point of contact for all new tenants. Her extensive background in customer service has been paramount in forging relationships with tenants and brokers alike, some of which have extended beyond the professional realm. Monica’s knowledge of Boston’s dynamic rental market and continuous communication with our hand-selected brokers prepares her to anticipate changes in market trends, maximizing full occupancy potential.

Entering her eleventh year at PPMG as an avid computer user, Monica single-handedly carried out the full automation of our leasing and renewal processes; played a pivotal role in the 2017 launch of our new cloud-based, property management software; and has mastered the Excel platform to capitalize on efficiency, productivity and reliability.

Born and raised in Venezuela by Italian parents, Monica is fluent in Spanish, proficient in Italian, and elementary in Portuguese. Having moved to Miami at age 16, Monica attended Boston College, graduating with a BA in Communication in 2004. Her love for the City of Boston grew to such incredible lengths, she is here to stay, spending her free time discovering all it has to offer with her rescue Black Lab mix, Mrs. Mia Wallace.

Colette’s love for numbers has proven invaluable in her success as our Accounts Manager for the past 25 years. Her infallible ability to recall even the smallest details has been vital in maintaining our portfolio, whether it is rent collection, annual budgeting, or monthly operating expenses.

Colette’s crucial role in the introduction of our new property management software was chief among its success. Her meticulous dedication throughout the data migration process, the company was able to launch our new online platform on schedule.

A native of Dublin, Ireland, Colette completed her studies in Ballyfermont, spending a year in Sydney, Australia, prior to arriving in America in 1989. In Sydney, Colette worked for a financial institution, where she cultivated her love for numbers and lasting friendships, talents she has brought with her to the city she now calls home.
