If you are locked out of your apartment, please call the office at (617) 789-3944 we will be available to assist 24/7.

Park Property Management uses an online portal for most of our maintenance tracking. You may receive faster service if you sign in and file a maintenance request.

If the issue is a non-lifethreatening emergency, call the office at 617.789.3944. We cannot stress this enough. When in doubt, our 24-hour answering service and maintenance staff are well versed in determining whether on-call staff members need to be dispatched, or if your concern can wait until the next business day. Emergencies include (but are not limited to): no heat, leaking water, being locked out, overflowing toilets, etc. We do not monitor email outside office hours. Therefore, if you are facing an issue that will cause further damage to the property and you do not call the office line, you will be billed for the excess damage accordingly.


Our management software, AppFolio, allows us to text with tenants. These texts do not originate from a cellphone and so replying or texting us at that number will not reach us in a timely manner (it sends us an email alert). This is not an alternative to calling the office phone line.
